Ran across the site on a google search. Thought I'd say hi, just moved in a few months ago.

Catching up on all the neighborhood happenings, etc with the HOA. Too bad it doesn't look like any changes made it into the covenants last year? I really wanted to modify that one where the ACC can intrude on my property at any moment. I just think notification should be given with a specific date/time.

I was surprised to click on summary of covenants and find this.
