A lot of random forwarded email is garbage, half spam, but occasionally you find something interesting.

I was forwarded a link to a survey "What Superhero are You".  I'd imagine that this type of thing is hugely popular with the myspace / livejournal kids, but even at my age SuperHeros are cool.

So, the liberal media is upset that some phone call records are in the hands of the NSA, while at the same time London reports that more resouces, such as coordination of call records might have stopped the London terror bombings of last year.

Funny.  While trying to demonize Bush and the NSA, the liberal media comes into direct conflict with reports from London stating that more resources and better monitoring of communications would have likely prevented the terrorist attacks last year that killed 52 people in London's mass transit system.

So, these hand sanitizer things are everywhere...

And it seems to me that, while well intentioned (and I do want you to wash your hands before you touch my food), I think that for the most part it's not such a good idea.

You see, the thing is, like every part of you your immune system is designed to be used.

If you sit on your rear end - and don't exercise - your muscles get weak and lazy.  The same applies to your brain, and, in my opinion (and I'm not a doctor - nor do I play one on TV...) your immune system is the same.
